LSM is also capable of running U150, U180 and Redford 26 shell core boxes.

LSM’s Cold Box Core Machines are capable of adapting to most core box sizes.
 
No Bake Process:   200 lbs Palmer Mixer with Additive Powder Feeder and Palmer Compaction Table.
 
Sands:   LSM is able to provide Lake, Silica, Ceramic, Chromite and other specialty sands to produce your cores or molds.
 
Coatings:   LSM can provide various core coatings in water or alcohol base. LSM has 3 gas fired drying ovens to dry water base coatings.
 
Transportation:   LSM can provide transportation to your facility utilizing our "Air Ride" trailers which ensure that your products arrive safely and on time. Adjustable racks with the proper cushioning materials are used to assure the quality of your cores when they arrive at your facility.
